This iconic modern house located in the Brentwood district of Los Angeles, was originally designed by Ray Kappe in the late 1960s.
The house have been bought by Michael LaFetra a few years ago. He buys iconic modern houses that have fallen into disrepair, and rescues them from being torn down by lovingly restoring them, then getting them registered as a Los Angeles historic cultural monument, and finally selling them off for someone else to enjoy.
