David Jimenez paid $500,000 for a 1,600-square-foot (three-bedroom & two-bathroom) Modernist home in 2003.
He renovated the house with vintage-inspired wallpaper that gives each room a fresh perspective, bringing in flea market finds and reupholstering old furniture. Most of the furnishings are "second-hand finds: old end tables, a large cabinet and chests of drawers were coated with white or black semi-gloss paint."
