A recent graduate from the Academy of fine Arts, in Maastricht, Robin van Hontem has created Dancing Vases, a series of 5 vases produced in nylon using a rapid prototyping technique.
The project is all about balance with “snapshots” of tops, showing movements and how their spinning produces different shapes; from spinning fast, to losing balance and finally dropping down.
